How do I use my printer to print a jpg picture not 8 1/2 x 11 but 24x48 or even bigger but over several sheets? I could tape the sheets together to make the complete image. Any way to do it with the picture programs that come with windows?

You could crop it in quarters, one quarter at a time, then open a document 4 pages long.

put each quarter on a separate page
right-click one part
select Format Picture
cl the Size tab
set a size

do the exact, same thing with the other quarters, print, then piece together.
