This isn't about him being horny - it's all about dominance. He's simply using a common way to show that he is the boss over whoever or whatever he's humping. Don't let him hump you or you're basically allowing him to be the boss. Actually try to avoid letting him go to town on anything. Once he's fixed, this will settle down since the aggressiveness will fade. So be more assertive with him. You can do that and still spoil him rotten.

Most dogs will to the to try and establish dominance in their home "teritory" or whenever they feel. When you get the dog fixed some of this may stop but if he is humping you shoo him or her away and then pick him up say no firmly then lay him/her on their back and hold him down both hands on the chest for a lil bit about a minute sooner or later the puppy will recognise you as the dominate one in the relationship which will also help in future training.

well obviously he is trying to show is dominance over you, which sounds like he is being pretty successful at..if he is old enough get him neutered..please...my puppy did the same thing, although he never humped me, but he would try to hump other people and most certainly other dogs..getting him neutered should stop that behavior

I would get him neutered. That'll will control the pet population and solve your little problem too.
