i have a dance to go to on the 27th and id really like to lose weight. im not really heavy, im just unhappy with my arms and stomach. i definately need help losing arm weight. can anybody help? please?

Well, if you drink anykind of soda then stop and drink plenty of water and only 1% milk. Calories need to be cut down....don't eat alot of rice, meat and ofcourse no candy.....as long as it isn't alot. Don't eat after 7:00pm and if you are hungry drink water or milk. Also you might need to excercise for about 30 90 or 120 minutes. It would do ya good. Well, you don't need to take my advice because that is all I did and I lost alot and I used to weigh alot! And I am 12, but that is what I say.

Sit-ups and push-ups every day about 200 / 4 sets of 50 until the dance date ..

You are better off doing it the right way. Those quick diets do more harm than good. I have used this plan for the past six years.
