Hi derek d!!!!

You should always be very proud of how you are, as what and how you are should be a reflection of the heart!!!

But is good to also have room for improvements!!!

I advise you to practice some sports, like basketball, baseball, running, exercises at the "gymnastic bars" is also good. Because this exercises/sports, give you a full work out for your mind and soul.

Most important, a good balance diet should always be in place, avoiding, fatty foods, soda and sweets. Carbohydrates and proteins with a lot of vegetables and fresh fruits, should be present at all times in your daily diet.

Remember you are still growing and probably will until past 21 yrs old.

So eat healthy, practice some sports, exercise but most of all, HAVE FUN while doing it!!!

No matter how tall you are if you follow this advise even if you don't grow to be a giant, at least you'll be happy healthy and fit!!!

GOD BLESS YOU, HAVE FUN & A HAPPY LIFE

Well since your 13 I'm happy to say that you will continue growing for the next few years. But if you want a few extra inches talk with your parents and a doctor about growth hormones. They are quite expensive and even if you take them, 5'10'' is aiming kindof high. They worked great for 2 of my friends, they each gained about 3-4 inches!!! Good luck buddy, I know how it feels to be short. I was 5' 4'' up until the 10th grade!!!!

Time, exercise, adequate rest, and good nutrition - that's about all you can do; your genes will determine the rest.
