im gonna b honest
so im going to an exchange program to austrailia... i know a girl (met her thru the exchange thru our school) and she wanted me to come down for the program too. I'm interested... but i also am in the mood to makeout some. how can i put the moves on an austrialian boy? like, is it any different from putting the moves on an american boy? id like to know from experience or just thoughts

Culturally I do not think that Ozzies are that much different than Americans, so you will find them pretty much the same. Just by being yourself is good enough, although as you have probably experienced, just by being yourself does not means that you will be well-liked by everybody.
However please-please-please... the worst thing that an overseas newcomer can do is by bragging that they come from the best country in the world, how Australia is so laid back etc... It's definitely a turn-off.

BTW... r you still thinking of going out with the very good friend of yours or u r more interested in 'broadening' your horizon in Australian boys ;) Whatever your decision, I believe you have already thought abt it very well and truly. You sound like a very sensible person.

American girls, especially the American accent, is a turn on for most Aussie guys and also the confidence that many American girls seem to have. Aussie guys love girls who get into sport and are up for a surf or a game of backyard cricket. Just be yourself. The fact that you are American is such an advantage for you, so just work it.
Also, ask questions for directions or something, coz Aussie guys love to feel like they are helping somebody out.

as an Aussie bloke i say this if your half decent you'll have no trouble hooking up, smile act interested and they'll be lining up
