Many companies sell heated water bowls that you can plug in to an outside outlet for exactly the problem you have - my question is if your dog's water is freezing outside, what do you think the cold weather is doing to your dog????

well i assume your dog is kept in the freezing yard while you are in side, try bringing the dog in where its warm then u wont have to worry about freezing water, ,

BRING YOUR DOG INSIDE!!! NO DOG SHOULD BE LEFT OUTSIDE SPECIALLY IN THE COLD... PEOPLE HAVE TO BE REALLY STUPID TO LEAVE A DOG OUTSIDE IN THE COLD!!!
