I have to ask the question?

Why people come on Jokes and Riddle and ask for a joke why they just gave one and make it fun.

it makes more sense like that, so that who ever writes the joke gets ten points for being creative, instead of writing a joke to lose 5 points, and give away 10 points to people who dont even apreciate it.
