i was last there 12 years ago and want to visit again this year for a week. can you rent an apartment for this short period, if so how much can you expect to pay in the midtown area?

NYC in August is HORRIBLE HOT and HUMID.

I've lived in New York and it's a great place, but the weather is very humid in August
If you do decide to go, make sure you have air conditioning, or it is unbearable
