I'm haveing trouble with my jackass of a boyfriend because he takes things to seriusly and he uses his emotions and his haert and not his brains and I want to work this out of him somehow....

If u have to tell him more than once u should really think about being with him. if u can call your b/f a jackass than u really don't love him cause that is a character assassination(this is the first sign of a crappy relationship)

Make deals with him. If you want to do something then make a deal with him. Tell him that you want to play a game then after that he can pick something that he likes. Or you could flash him and get his attention that way. That might work but then again he might think in the wrong direction.

You cant change someone you need to accept them as they are and were, and you shouldnt change yourself to accomodate someone, compromise yes, but never give up yourself for another person, you will only grow to resent them.
