Well dude, if you were to be castrated that would stop the hormone fuelled hair loss and you could work on regaining what is lost. J/K!!! Alternately you could go with Propecia, it's not cheap, but you need to focus on keeping what you have now.

learn to be yourself and make do with what you have. Change your style. Shave your head and grow a goate. You will be better off if you just live with what you have than look foolish trying to hid it. There are lots of jokes you can tell your friends that pick.
