From what I have read about hoodia it is a appetite supressant and it has something in it that tricks your brain into thinking that you are full so therefore you don't eat. It gives you energy and from what I get from the commericals, if it is the real hoodia, it is made from the catcus plant and is safe. I don't know anyone that has tried it, but if I were overweight I think i would try it. Do some research before you do though.

The "Hoodia craze" started back in the early 2000's when 60 Minutes featured the hoodia gordonii plant on their program and proclaimed that it probably could be an effective appetite suppressant. After the report, the hoodia supplement industry exploded and hasn't stopped since!

It *may* help people lose weight ONLY by helping them control their appetite. There are so many bogus claims out there made by the companies selling hoodia diet pills that it can make your head spin. Most of the claims have on theme in common: you can lose weight just by taking their hoodia diet pills!

If only it were that easy. At best, hoodia gordonii will only suppress your appetite. In other words, it will help you feel full so that you don't want to eat. That's all it has the potential to do. It does not burn fat or magically help you lose weight. You still have to maintain a healthy diet and exercise.

If you want more detailed information on hoodia, visit the link I've provided below. Thanks.

it is suppose to help you lose weight but as with any diet pill they don't work and everyone is looking for a quick fix to weight loss and they still do not understand that the only way to lose weight is eating healthy and exercise. If Diets pills worked no one would be fat
