Protein and lots of it. try protein shakes, redmeat, chicken, fish, nuts, legumes.

plz do not eat all day specially in school. At least go home!(lol) seriously, you don't want to eat all that synthetic food they been feeding you all in school. Stay away from frozen foods, drink your vitamins, plenty of water and excersice. in some gyms(not advertising any manes today) they can sell you some stuff they have that helps you gaining fat that you can turn into muscle, but be careful because if you don't excercise you'll be call tobby

Those lance cheese and peanut butter crackers are great. THey fill you up and aren't fattening at all. Also any fruit is good too. Talk to your weight lifting coach, he/she probably has some literature about that. I'm sure you're not the first to ask this question.
