Puta/Whore example Su es un hio de gran Puta (You are the son of a great whore- since it does not translate to call someone an S.O.B.)
Interesting enough, I was standing by for a Pan Am flight from Miami to South America and apparently some other stand-by passenger (the flight was booked completely full) had paid a bribe to a Pan Am employee to get a seat on the plane. There was almost a riot. A crowd of angry passengers surrounded the gate agents and a lot of hot and fast Spanish was being spoken. The only word I recognized was Puta, but I don't know if the person was referring to the female agent or someone's mother!

Just a thought, but have You tried looking up anything in a dictionary of colloquialisms? We Australians have some bonza words that we can use almost like a second language. Shakespearean English is another fun way to insult people.

Curse words are a waste of time. Better they learn words in any language that express their point without causing offence. Don't waste your time as well.
