should i drink milk before i work out?

it depends how much milk you drink..(dont drink too much)
Its better to drink after the workout...

I remember reading in a magazine about that...But I never thought it was true. I would drink a glass (8 ounces) of milk an hour before you work out and WATER right before you workout and water right after you workout.

Milk is good, but water hydrates your body.

After. You should alway take in protein and carbohydrates after your workout. Although it's not necessarily bad to drink it pre workout, you'll just get better use of the protein post workout.

Not if you're lactose intolerant - which most people are actually! Water is a much better choice before working out!
