Hi there...every municipality has different pet household limit requirements ...some are based on home square footage, acreage, types of animals (sizes), etc. Consider ringing your local animal control/shelter to learn what is the pet per household limit allowed in your community.

Well, I am average I guess. I have 4 kids and a cat. I am not rich but I am gone a great deal and I enjoy having a pet but don't have the time for a dog.

I'd say.... Single person w/ two cats.
Of course, I am married with two ragdolls and an old alley cat. I have a baby and a yorkie. Maybe we represent the average?! I think I have one cat too many though.
