After it cools, can you reuse it several times, esp if you're frying chicken?

You can re-use it until the velocity breaks down and it gets darker or becomes cloudy. If you are just cooking fries and things like that you can use it several times (probably 8-10) BUT, if you are cooking raw chicken, I wouldn't reuse it. I always throw grease away after I cook chicken - I don't like to take any chances. God Bless!

You can reuse the oil. Consider that when you are deep frying the temperature is like 350F, but chicken is safe to eat at 160F. I think you are safe there. Look at the color, if its dark brown to black, its time to change it. If there is a lot of sediment floating in the oil you can change it or you can try to skim it. If it starts to smell bad, change it. When hot, no food frying, and it starts to smoke, change it. So three things tell you to change the oil: dark brown or black oil, smells bad, and it smokes.

Place the tofu in a steaming dish, top it with preserved mixed vegetables and steam till the water is boiling. Leave steaming for 10 minutes. Serve with brown rice. In soup, add the tofu last, as they tend to go too soft very quickly. Bring the soup to the boil, leave boiling for 2 minutes and it's done. Tofu is already cooked on its own, and can simply be eaten as it is as a cold dish. Top it with light soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, korean spicy bean paste, or a mixture of homemade diced tomatoes and onions in balsamic vinegrette,

I always pour the oil into a jar (once it cools) and refrigerate it. Better to be safe than sorry!! I find you can use for 8-10 times before it's time to change it (a couple more if you only use it to make donuts).

Honestly, you don't have to change it until you cook something that has left like, crumbs on the bottom, or dried grease on the bottom, etc. Cooking oil can last for a good while so I'd keep for at-least 6 months unless you feel you have to change it for one of the reasons that I suggested. Oh and you don;t have to put it in a jar and refrigerate it. You only have to do that if your cooking with a pan and you want to save the oil!

if you use it for rench fries only, it can be use for 1 week.
but for chicken once every two days is better, because the cholesterol from the chicek already mixed with the oil, its not healthy. its also depends how often do you use it though.....
