I want to be more than friends with him, i just dont know how to go about it without scaring him off.

Ok further info, i am already friends with him, have been for some time now, im talking about starting that akward conversation of, i really like you can we be more than friends, but in a better way

Go slowly. Smile a lot, ask him some questions about himself (because everyone likes talking about themselves), and give him compliments. Act confident even if you get nervous, say hi to him, and say his name when greeting him or starting a conversation. Just get closer to him little by little and then, when the time is right, let him in on your feelings for him. Good luck.

your like me i really like this guy but i think he likes me too the way to start a conversation is just let him start it it will be better because guys are usually the ones that start the conversation not the girls

well, i say you should first find out if he likes you or not,
then you can build a stable friendship & go on from there. [:
alot of the times i thought i liked someone,
but once i got to know them, i realize i didn`t like their personality.
