No, I mean once you can drive, are there restrictions on who you can drive around? Can you drive people younger than you? (Such as a sibling or friend?)

Once you have got your licence you can start chauffeuring people round straight away.

How old do you need to have your license? 17 is usually the standard. How old do you need to supervise people with their permits? At least 21 with 3 years of driving experience.

17 years of age..but this should be the norm

18yrs of age....that's it. you will be charged as an adult for anything that happens but you'll be fine;
