if a person eats healthy meals but chews and spits out junk food only, will it harm their health?

Very little is absorbed through the mouth but this could hurt your wallet. Why would you waste money on any food you are just going to spit out?

that is disgusting. I can't see one reason why an intelligent person would do that.

what you dont swallow it cant hurt you as long as they do swallow healthy food
