she just wants you to buy more beer and leave a nice tip. all hot bartenders are like that. they smile at you a lot and make a point of showing you cleavage

Ten years ago I would have just said she's milking you for sales and tips. But... My now best friend, not girlfriend mind you... also an attractive blonde was my regular bartender for many years. She's no longer working in bars but we are still very good friends. Play it by ear. You never know. Get to know her. Treat every night at the bar like a date if you want to find out. Learn about her. Who she is, how and why she started bartending, what she want to do in her life and so on. And be sober while doing it.

From years, decades of working in pubs: Never trust your bartender. If she likes you she will find a way to sit for a drink off hours with you. In for a bevy on her day off, mention a day and place where she hangs. Again never trust your bartender.

Don't forget that she's also getting paid to be very nice to her patrons. Your tips help her earn a living. Chances are she is just as nice to all of the other guys she's serving. You just didn't want to notice because you want to believe she wants you...

Depends on how cute you are! If you are a stunner, she may like you? But if you are a 58 year old minger with an alcohol problem and lives alone or with his mum, then no.

they are nice to you so you keep coming back to spend more money, they dont put out the peanuts to feed you ,they do it so when you eat all that salt you get thirsty and buy more drinks, its all a hustle to make money, same as a strip club, they act like they like you ,but run out of money and watch how fast they disappear
