Hi muminka 12!!!

Your mommy needs to change her diet!!! Probably she is eating too much carbohydrates. NO!!!!! (rice, white enriched flour bread, crackers), potatoes, starches, bananas or meats. Aske her to eat more vegetables, fruits and lots of WATER!!!!!

Also she should have oatmeal, bran cereal, with soy milk,
Soy and prune juice milk shakes, or warm soy milk & prune juice.

She should eat more fish, less red meat, and No salty or to much sweets!!!
LOTS of water, and ask her to walk or excersice more!!!

GOD BLESS YOU, you are a doll for beibg so worried about your mommy's health.

Welllllllll ... you didn't say in which way she has trouble. If it's peeing she may have some kind of infection and should see a doctor immediately. If she can't poop it could be nothing more than her diet. She could try using a mild laxative for a while and maybe work on building up the veggies in her diet. There is also a natural tea you can buy at a health food store ... I think it's called senna tea. But she would need to be careful using any kind of laxative as your body can easily become dependent. If nothing works for her please ask her to see a doctor ... this is not good for her body . Hope your mom feels better soon !!! : )

See a doctor.
Because of not going daily she may now have a intestinal blockage and they can be life threatening. The food waste gets impacted in the intestine and it just keeps backing up. The harder it gets it forms a wall and no other waste can pass through. If she gets bad stomach pains this is a sign of blockage.

My dad had bathroom issues and had 3 gallons of fluid backed up before the doctors put a catheter in. If she has a blocked urinary tract, only a doctor can help.
Had my dad gone much longer, he would have died.
Seek medical help . . . just go to the local clinic if you don't have insurance. It is much cheaper than the ER.

there are innovations to taking a bathtub or a bathtub. i'm sufficiently previous to keep in mind while we could not discover the money for to warmth water for each man or woman interior the kin and so we had to improvise. My dad took chilly showers daily and the youngsters (there have been six human beings) washed in a huge steel tub in front of the fire. chilly water went interior the backside and mum crowned it up with kettles of warm water. this might properly be a roundabout way of asserting that in case you have a huge bowl and a kettle, you could wash your self thoroughly on your very own room. you ought to use an analogous equipment to bathe your hair. that's going to take longer, yet you will experience extra advantageous than in case you do not wash generally.

#1 or #2?

In either case, drinking more water each day would be helpful. If number 2, then eating raisins, apples, oat bran and other high fiber foods (along with extra water) each and every day would get her going. Many adult women are constipated due to their poor eating and drinking habits and snacking on low fiber junk foods. When they change those old habits their bathroom difficulties disappear.

Your Mom needs to see a doctor. Sometimes a change in bowel habits is a symptom of a serious problem. Urge her to visit her doctor as soon as possible.

She needs to increase her fiber intake. Foods rich in fiber or pills like citrucel are helpful. Increase water intake. Walk. Be careful w/ laxatives, they can become habit forming and she won't have a chance to straighten her bowel habits naturally. If it continues after some diet moderation, see the doctor.
