To change your language settings on a Windows PC:
Open iTunes.
From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
Select the General tab.
On the Language pop-up menu (in the lower section of the window), choose your desired language.
Click OK.
Quit and reopen iTunes.
To change your language settings on a Mac:
Open System Preferences by selecting it in your Dock or the Apple menu (Apple > System Preferences).
Choose View > International.
Drag your language of choice to the top of the list.
Quit System Preferences.
Quit and reopen iTunes.
To switch your language in the iTunes Store (Mac and PC):
Once you've changed your language in the iTunes interface, you must enable that language setting within the iTunes Store.
Select the iTunes Store icon in the Source pane.
Scroll down to the bottom of the main iTunes Store window. From the My Store pop-up menu, choose any country other than your desired country.

From iTunes Store, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see My Store. Choose whichever country you have an account in.

Use restore back to the date where this was happening. Go to start , click on help. When that screen pops up put in word restore and follow the directions.
Let me know how this goes, and remember you have to restore it to a point when it did not do this.
