I am dieting on mostly green-leafy vegetables, fruits, salads and salmon. That's pretty much all I eat and I drink lots of water and excersize. The only oil I use is Canola oil and very little of that. I mix a little with lemon juice and a little black pepper as a salad dressing.

I am building muscle from weight lifting but my tummy just won't shrink. It's very frustrating. Any ideas?? ANYONE???

How long have you been dieting? Tummy fat can take a little longer to get rid of and it may seem like it's not going away but your really just building muscle. Keep on the diet and try doing some crunches.

crunches everyday for a flatter tummy. Do as much as you can plus atleast 20-30 more. Don't do too much at first. kudos on the healthy living.

ab workout. do crunches. 45 to the front, 45 on each side and then 45 with your legs flat on the ground. do 6 sets.

cardio... the only way is cardio burn more than you take in... some people it just takes time
