HE IS IN HEAT... THE SAME WAY YOU GET HORNY AND YOU HUMP THEY DO THE SAME...

It is a dominance issue. Your dog is trying to establish itself as pack leader. You must take control immediately. When your dog does this firmly (without yelling) tell it "No". If it doesn't stop remove it's front paws and place them on the floor. At meal time eat dinner first then give your dog dinner. When giving your dog food or water make him/her sit first. When giving him/her treat make them sit first. Don't let them sleep on your bed. You need to establish yourself as pack leader.
