Do I need a Visa to visit EU countries? – If I do will I need a visa for all the countries I plan on visiting or is there a US passport?

It doesn't matter about your residency. If you would normally need a visa for Europe with your Chinese passport, then you would still need one. Most countries in Europe do not require a visa, but as a Chinese citizen, you need to check with the individual governments to see if you need a visa for entry. This is going to depend on where you are going. You need to check in advance. Without a US passport, you are still a Chinese citizen and will need to adhere to the rules for Chinese citizens.

Check with the consulates of the countries you want to visit. Their websites should have information on visa requirements for US citizens and US permenent residents. Usually, the requirements are the same (i.e., in most cases only a US passport or your international passport plus a green card is neded), but it's better to make sure.

Each European country has different rules re foreign nationals from outside the EU inc. Americans, check their embassy's website and email them.

Nachosmyman is correct. Why would any country care about your residence - only citizenship matters.
