If it did, anybody who exercised would have problems, since many exercises strengthen the abdominal wall through muscle contractions. The intestines are highly moveable--surgeons can shift them aside and take them completely out of the body cavity to do surgery, then stick them back inside. A pregnant woman's intestines and other organs shift around quite a lot as the baby grows and takes up more space.

No. It can, however; cause the abdominal contents to push enough to cause a hernia if the person has weakness in certain areas. Areas typically affected are the inguinal, femoral, epigastric. The reason I mention this in your questions is that the abdominal contents can push through into places with a hernia that they don't belong. An inguinal hernia for instance can cause intestines to push into the scrotum.
