Hot peppers ,chillies cayenne, and paprika are thermogenic foods. They contain capsaicin which speeds up the heart rate and boosts metabolism Lean protein: chicken turkey and salmon are fat burning proteins Vit C: foods high in vitamin c and particularly those high in pectin such as apples and broccoli help restrict the amount of fat that the body can absorb whole grains ; they have a high fiber content which the body requires a lot of energy to be able to digest.Oats are particularly efficacious as a fat burning food because they release their energy over a long period of time helping you feel fuller longer

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

There is no food that is a fat burner. You have seen too many fake advertisements for things that claim they burn fat. There is no "Fat Burner". That is just a made up phrase by companies trying to sell diet pills. The best way to loose weight is to eat less and exercise more.

Asparagus will help you lose weight very quickly. It breaks down fat and is a natural Diuretic That will flush waste from the body very quickly. It's difficult to find asparagus at this time of the year. You can always search out markets and possibly find some fresh. The best way to Cook this is steamed. you can add it to salads or as a side dish.

i don't think there is a fatburner food. You can just watch what you eat and make sure you don't consume a lot of oil and fats. Just exercise.

Any food containing cellulose (such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) will help you to lose weight if you are not taking in too many calories. For many Americans, the problem is just too many calories.
