hey i'm 13 too. i'm in 8th grade and i've had many boyfrinds. well first just tell her how you feel. just say..i like you, but not just as a friend. then see what she says. if she says i feel the same way, then ask her out. if she says she only wants to be friends, then you know how she feels and you can't change that. is she says no, then just get over it. i've turned guys down and they get over it. just don't freak her out or just say it randomly. start by talking about your friendship or something like that..what school do you go to?

I suggest something along the lines of "Hey, ya wanna go out?" Then tell your plan for a first date.
It's all about knowing that the negative consequences of asking her out are trivial. Worst that can happen is that she says no, which gives you the chance to ask a nicer girl out. If that hasn't soaked into your mind, then you aren't ready to date a girl.

hey there. i'm also 13-well turnin 14 on the 23. just flirt w/her and be nice 2 her and then she'll really like u and then u can just ask her out. it's not easy.
