Try it! I only got to 453,792...that 453,793rd crunch is the killer - you better save some energy for that one.

It would be impossible to do one million crunches in one day. You would have to average 694.44 crunches a minute for an entire 24 hours.
Even if you could do that many crunches, your 'tummy' would not be defined by the next day. Definition and results take time and consistent effort.
A better approach would be to incorporate an overall body workout that includes resistance exercise and cardiovascular exercise as well. Not only will this help you lose the desired fat, but it will give you a more toned, shapely body.

I have never tried, but:
1. Who can do that many in a day?
2. No- I don't think that much can happen at once
3. Even if it could happen that fast, all the skin that was stretched would sag on you because you had rapid weight loss.

I doubt it! Firstly, it doesn't work that quickly, and secondly, you can't spot reduce! You'll likely have a sore head and tummy after that many crunches!

Like I said when you asked about push-ups, if you *could* do it, you would not be able to walk the next day. It would be difficult to talk, breathe, turn, bend over and if, by chance, you happen to sneeze, you would be in excruciating pain.
Just don't even attempt it. It's not humanly possible.

To answer your question...no. I would be amazed if you could it. You would be extremely sore. You will never see results the next day. You will feel the results which is very uncomfortable.

No. Your muscles will be so messed up. ...they need time to rejuvenate. Doing that many crunches would only hurt you.

exercise does not have a localized effect on fat loss. you can't spot reduce. you have to reduce body fat levels to get a flat stomach...
