How did it afect your religious/spiritual views?

For me it was sort of like the final unraveling.

(PS -- If you only saw the movie, that dosn't really count since the book is quite different.

ohhh boy... great book. I once had a college humanties instructor who was an ex-catholic priest. He (in the 1970s) described much the same thing. It certainly makes you think.

My religious views were affected like this... "yeah... that's what I thought." (Wish I had something more profound to say...).

I have read all of Umberto Eco's writings. One of my favorite authors. ITNOTR is still one of my favorites to re-read.

I have not read the book, nor have I seen the movie. I am always looking for new reading material so please state who the author is and I will try to get the book at my local library. Thank you....
