So my best guy friend who I am in love with, found out I cut a few months ago. And he "cut" himself to get me to stop. I found out recently that he never did cut himself, that the blood was fake. I feel like I can't trust him anymore. I mean, I am glad that he wasn't hurt, but his girlfriend shouldn't have told my friends; my closest friend told me because she couldn't hold it from me anymore.

Should I approach him about this? What do I say?

you should just leave it be because he was doing it for your safety because he was worried about you

He probably still cares about you, but he just doesn't want to hurt himself (no one does!). It doesn't mean that he cares any less for you. If he didn't care about you, he wouldn't have even bothered to put on fake blood and stuff like that.

I think he was just trying to make you stop cutting yourself so he pretended to cut himself. He never really wanted to cut, so don't be angry with him, he was just worried about you.

omg! wtf!! " i cant trust him because he didnt really cut himself" i say go to a therapist right away. im so tired of you freaks! if you hate life so much then try a more effective way to kill yourselfs like a gun to the head. but wait, that wouldnt be hardcore, right? so you have to cut your wrists to call attention!! FREAK!!!
