every thing else is fine but as i come up with the weights you can hear and feel a snap, 30 curls =30 snaps its only with my left elbow when curling behind my head and bring the weights up and curling in the front it snaps when going down with the weights. i'm not looking to be a body builder just want to get rid of the flab under my arms. should i stop lifting ? i'm only using 15 pound weights and doing it 30 times.

That happens to me too! It is freaking annoying. I would suggest finding a different way to work your triceps because your bones are cracking together. Try doing them at your side instead.

mine snaps once is a while too. at first i wasnt sure if i should stop but it didnt do it 30curls+30 snaps. maybe max of 10 times

that is the bones rubbing against each other try and do some different exercises that don't put that much stress on your elbows.
