Hydroxycut really does not work as well as they claim. It is mostly caffine. A cheaper way to achieve the same effect is to take a good multivitamin and have a couple cups of coffee in the morning.

Caffine will speed you metabolism up, but hydroxycut is too expensive when coffee and vitamins will do the same thing.

Drink lots of water too, water speeds up the metabolism as well.

Do these things and you will get the same if not better results than with the hydroxycut.

Supplements do not work. Manufacturers are not responsible for proving their claims are true. Fad diets and "quick fix" pills do not work. The best thing you can do for your body is exercise and eat a proper diet. That's never going to change.

I am not sure which one you are taking I took the American one and I felt awful, I had headaches, and I was dizzy. Though I had more energy when I was exercising. I stopped taking them though as I lost to much weight on them.

NO!
Don't use this mindless, scam crap. It doesn't work and diet pills can cause massive heart problems, such as heart attacks.
Can also cause clots and strokes.
