I want to know also about 100 legraises, 100 pushups and 100 sidepushups.

Not that many. Don't go by calories when working out--I know that you're probably trying to find out your net calories for the day (calories burned subtracted from total calories consumed), but if you feel the burn, it's working.

100 crunches, leg raises, pushups, and side pushups is a great daily routine.
