Eat less. Exercise more.
Nothing more to it, except I do take Omega 3-6-9, but that's just to help my skin. I'm planning on purchasing a multivitamin soon.
In the morning I usually have oatmeal (Quaker, 1 pack) and orange juice and maybe some coffee if I stayed up late.
At lunch I usually have jell-O, pb&J sandwich, and a banana.
For dinner, I just watch my portions (because there are nights where my mother cooks). I used a very small plate instead of the usual size dinner plates.
I try to drink as much water as I can and I carry around granola bars as snacks if I get hungry between meals.
Hope that helped.

My secret is a water bottle with a sports cap. For me it MUST have a sports cap. I always have one by my side. Even if I am just driving to the store really fast. There is one sitting with me right now haha. My friends at work use to make so much fun of me and said I was like a baby with my bottle. But I have lost ALL of my pregnancy weight both times and now I am SMALLER THAN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL! Yeah .. sorry that was a little excitement for me haha! Really though .. you know how when you drink soda with a straw it seems to go faster than just out of a bottle? You will be amazed how quickly it will be gone just by taking a few sips every hour or so. I really believe plenty of water is the secret!
ALSO ** I wanted to add one more thing. when you eat at night at home use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate. It really does make you feel like you are eating more because it seems like you have this heaping plate full ... when really it's about half the size of a regular plate!

My secret is not eating after 6pm...and when you do eat, try one big meal during the day (preferably lunch) - don't even bother counting the calories and make it anything that you want - so you don't feel that you are depriving yourself, then eat something super small for breakfast and dinner (I am talking like 100 -200 calories). I am sure health nuts will disagree with me, but dieting freaking sucks! I always lose weight this way (if I gain it) and I am thin. Oh yeah, and don't forget to walk and do some weight lifting..

Almonds, used to be my jam.
Because I would eat M&M or something like that, almonds were a lot better, they used to be about $4/lb but now they are $9/lb im trying to find a new substitute. The key seems to be find something you like that has a lot of fiber (almonds have the most fiber of any nut). I am trying to learn to like apples, sauteed peppers, broccoli ect. Frozen grapes are my latest default so i dont binge on something else, but grapes are pretty sugary.

Then walk right after for about 15 minutes.
And not eating after 9:00
