All the previous answers address the browser's history, but if your child is reasonably savvy he/she may be attempting to cover their tracks by deleting their history after each Internet session. You can also find Internet histories in Temp file folders scattered around your hard drive; do a search for the word "temp" and check those folders. Please be vigilant; Internet predators are everywhere!

On IE7, click the star at the upper left part of the window, then click History. On older IE, click the icon right about the middle of the top of your screen that looks like a clock with a green arrow going over it. Or go to c:\documents and settings\(user)\history

cookies
check under name
or bring up the internet explorer
hit ctrl+h
right click to expand or delete

cookies-is the list of files that the person has been in and will display when and where.

Hi, sometimes you can look at the cookies. If they typed in a web address it will be in the pull down tab of the browser. If you have a security program, ie: mcafee there is a place on there to look at who has been where and even the emails that have been received. Hope this helps.

just click on the history button and it'll come up with every site that has been looked at it's the clock with the arrow on it next to the favorites tab at top of screen

Click start, Control Panel, Internet Options, and in the internet properties it will have browser history.....click options and a screen will pop up that you can view files and cookies(where he/she was on the net)

right click the green back buttin at the top of your screen and you will see history at the bottom of the list. that shows you up to i think a month or 3 weeks.

You need to check the history .
Press Ctrl H that should bring it up . You can also go and buy softwear that monitars this better like chats and all that .

Click the arrow at the end of the address bar and it will show all of the websites that you have been on.

Under where it says File Edit View etc. is your tool bar ...there should be a pic of a clock..click it and TAADAA your HISTORY!
