What you'll end up with is a very sore body, and no defined abs to show for it. If you want a defined tummy, you should first look at your diet. You should reduce trans fats, and cholesterol too.
Spot reduction does not work. You should consider an overall exercise program for your entire body. This will go a long way to giving you over all better fitness and health. If all you concentrate on is just one area, you'll gain a lot of muscle mass in that one place, but nothing else to show for it. I mean, if you only do pushups, you'll have good arms, shoulders, and back muscles. but it really won't do anything for your abs or thighs.
Aerobics is a good way to start any program. It gets your heart rate going, and gets you breathing. The fat in your body should melt off over time, and not in the next 20 minutes. it doesn't work that way. Even if you could eliminate fat from one area over a weeks time, it will come back with a vengence.
Patience, persistence, and practice will give you better results over the long run.

You will have a defined tummy by the next day because the pushups will make all the fat go to your thighs.

Actually, pushups, when done correctly, are better to exercise your arms and upper body.
If you want to do one million of anything to define your stomach, you'll have to do situps and/or crunches.
Even then, trying to do 1,000,000 sit ups and crunches a day without already having seriously ripped abs, you will be so sore the next three days, you won't be able to walk. Breathing will be difficult and any exertion of those muscles will have to be halted.
In short terms, I do not recommend it.
If you're looking for an alternative to tone your stomach, try planks. Lay on your stomach on the ground. Lift yourself up on your elbows and toes, forming a straight line with your body- if you were to put a *plank* of wood on your back, it would be touching your whole body: back, butt, legs and back of your head. Make sure your arms are bent at a 90 degree angle, and hold for as long as you can, every day. This defines your abs in no time.

Losing fat around the thighs is easy. All you have to do is put your back against a wall, and slide down in a sitting position so your legs form a 90 degree angle. These are called wall-sits.
(See here: http://www.londondocklandsvc.com/NEW/Photos/Misc/Al%20knees%20wall%20sit%202%20small.jpg)
Hold that position for as long as you can each day. You'll have sore, but extremely toned thighs in no time.
If you're having difficulty with that, or running low on time, and you want to tone your stomach *and* your thighs with one exercise, you can do leg lifts. Lay with your back on the floor with your hands under your butt. Raise your legs 6 inches off the ground and hold.

Hope it helps.

Do you really plan to do one million pushups? Do you want to know what you will have the next day? Sore arms.
Sorry for the sarcasm, but please do not expect instant results when you exercise. Pushups are not giving direct benefit to your abs anyway.
Please work on doing aerobic exercise for 20 to 40 minutes a day. Then you will gradually see that there are benefits all over your body. Spot reducing does NOT work.

If, theoretically, your muscles could do a million push ups, that would do shitt for your abs.
If you did a million situps, you would have swollen, torn and overall, ripped ab muscles.

No, because it takes time for all that exercise to burn up the fat. But don't worry, it'll happen.

Possibly. But if this is even humanly possible, you'd have VERY defined biceps and triceps.
