pearly paupules maybe. without a pic, it is hard to tell. and you can have an STD. just because STDs are normally transmitted during sex doesn't mean that is the only way to get them.
Anyway if they are the pearly paupule things, buy some neem oil and turmeric powder. Make a paste and apply ever evening before bed. Turmeric is very yellow so like wear black underwear or something.
do this every other day. On the off days, put tincture of black walnut and or tincture of arbor vitae on them. You can get them at the bigger health food stores.
