Please, before starting to breed your birds, research proper breeding diet, age, conditions, and make sure that you have an avian vet nearby just in case there are any problems.

Be ready to handfeed if the parents reject the chicks. That will be every 1-2 hours in the beginning, day and night. If you feed the formula too hot, you will burn the chick's crops and that will kill them. If you feed it too cold, they will develop slow/sour crop and that can kill them. If you feed it too thick or too thin, you can asperate the chicks and that will either kill them by suffacation or by the pnumonia that will follow.

Breeding birds is not just a hobby, it is a full time job, please take at least 6 months and do your research, not only on the internet, but with books and breeders (in person.) After knowing everything that can happen and being prepared to do what is needed in any emergency, then if you still want to breed you will be fully educated and prepared.

You can't make them if they don't want to, but I am of the strong opinion that YOU don't really want to. If the birds raise them, they end up mean, and if you raise them yourself you have to carry them around all day and wake up in the middle of the night because they need to eat CONSTANTLY. I suggest you research exactly what is involved in this before you let them hatch any eggs.

it's all up to them and they have to be a mated pair, in most cases unless you are a breeder and know what you are doing if they lay eggs the eggs will be infertile and there will be no babies

They might not be attracted to eachother. But give them some time and if they get attracted to eachother, they will have eggs.
