I have started doing push-ups and i have done them every morning and I noticed I got stretch marks. Could it be that I did it everyday and not let my muscles heal or the weight gain?

Sunday - Shoulders and Traps
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Chest and Triceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Biceps and Back
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Core and Legs

That's a straightforward bodybuilders workout schedule. If you want true gains, you have to get rest and plenty of it.

Remember, the bodybuilders pyramid consists of diet - rest - and training.

Stretch marks occur because what is under the skin is changing in size. stretch marks can come from muscle but usually come from weight.

some people get stretch marks from gaining weight others when losing. either way you may want to take a multivitamin to increase your zinc intake. stretch marks come from vitamin deficiencies...

you can do them every day with moderation. always rest on sunday.
stretch marks are caused by growing too fast and or your skin is not stretchy enough.
