When she is completely and totally interested in him, that goes a long way.
She is honest, hard-working, intelligent, has a good sense of humor.
She takes care of her appearance and is comfortable with the way she looks.
Then there is that "je ne sais quoi" -- that thing you can't explain or put your finger on. Call it chemistry. Somehow you just click.
Add it all together and you've got some major attraction going on.
