Your body naturally produces dopamine they affect your wellbeing, you constantly have dopamine in your brain sometimes when they get low you feel depressed (which can be fixed by medications that will cause your brain to create more) and when you do things that are good for you like exercise, talking general things you enjoy your brain will produce more giving you a feeling of pleasure.
Anything that makes you feel good will give you an increase getting thrills out of roller coasters swimming eating good foods and laughter so keeping up doing stuff you enjoy

Dopamine is a catecholamine, synthesized by the nerve cells of the brain.

See the wiki page

It is a neurotransmitter in the basal ganglia and regulates some motor functions as well as being integral in the learning/reward function of the brain.

It is made from tyrosine by hydration (tyrosine hydroxylase enzyme) to DOPA and then decarboxylation (DOPA decarboxylase) to DOPAmine. It is sometimes then further metabolized to form adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine).

It's naturally produced in the body. You get it when you accomplish things.

Dopamine neurons are activated when an unexpected reward is presented. In nature, we learn to repeat behaviors that lead to unexpected rewards.
