Try keeping your underwear somewhere high up so that your don't doesn't get it. Another way would be to get mad at him every time he does it and evenutally he will understand. It may seem weird but it is sending a message to your dog that eating your underwear isn't something that he should be doing.

Have you ever heard a thing called hamper ,basket ?
the only way your dog can get to your underwear ,if they on the floor ,and that's plain Nasty.

mabye u have your period in them and likes the taste of blood. when that happens, get the underwear out of his reach. Get a hamper with a lid. train him not to bit there or eat your underwear

thats easy, dont leave them around after you hve used them, and make sure to wash your clothes up and put them away
