YES! Even athletes and people who work out a lot get sore after a tough practice/work out. Sometimes beginners get this idea that being sore is bad. It's just your muscles building. Make sure you get enough protien in your diet to help you heal and enough carbs to keep you going and you'll find that after a while that you will still be sore, but it won't hurt the same way. It'll become a good burn feeling, a way to gage how hard you pushed. You have to listen to your body too. You'll probably want a day a week to rest. Mind you, if it hurts ( and I do mean HURTS), then no. You don't want to injure yourself.

You're sore because you're building muscle. I would continue to work out, but maybe not as much as the day before. Instead of 30 minutes maybe 20 instead. You'll be sore for about 3 days, if you're serious about working out you have to do it.

attempt to variety your workout consultation to grant the sore muscle tissues a probability to get better (i.e. attempt to artwork diverse muscle tissues more effective intensely). for instance in case you've been using the stair draw close, attempt walking somewhat. in case you lifted weights, hit a diverse muscle team. in case you want to apply an same routines or artwork an same muscle tissues, do in basic terms a lighter / a lot less-extreme workout consultation.

Not a chance.
That pain is muscle fiber getting stronger.
Stretch well, then work out again and you'll feel the pain goes away.

After a few days, you'll have no pain anymore.
