No. If there was such a thing then I'm sure Man would have perfected Luck by now.

Whenever dealing with something random, specific outcomes are unevenly spaced. Get a single die. Roll it a hundred times. Keep track of the specific rolls that you roll a six. You'll find that the sixes tend to come in clusters. These clusters are what we call luck. You'll often see it on the poker table. With nine or ten players, the same player should get the best hand about once every nine or ten hands, and over the long haul he does. But in reality, you'll see the same player get dealt the best cards twice, thrice, even four times in a row! It's inexplicable, but it happens all the time. Luck comes in streaks. The same goes for bad luck. A poker player knows he can play hundreds of hands without getting good cards even once.

Nope, that's just a myth.
If you have no experience with basketball and you make a 3 pointer on your first try, trust me, it has nothing to do with luck. You just happened to shoot the right angle and right power to fire a perfect jump shot. If you did the EXACT same formula every time you would make it every shot.
Bad luck is also a myth, if you had a bad day that's the blame for a person. A person HAS to start something bad, it cannot just happen by itself, like the Big Bang theory.

That means that you have to drink 13 of them. Don't worry, its safe to drink but I wouldn't drive anywhere. That might be where the bad luck begins. Have a blast!!
