You talk to her and find some way to resolve it. I know that's an obnoxious answer but nothing will get solved unless y'all talk. The person who he chooses should (of course) be the one to date him. So either back off or talk to your friend. Ideally, if either one of you dates this guy then the other should be happy.

I personaly think the guy should be the one to choose who he wishes to date, however if this is going to cause probs with u and your friend perhaps u both should agree not to date him or u can both agree to date him just be careful not to let things get out of hand.

You could ask him out befor your friends get to him. or you could go and like some other guy. There are plenty of fish out in the sea waiting for a lover.

well hey thats my situtation ish! except its not a problem at all.. if she went out with him i'd be just fine with it.. we have the same taste and everything, I guess its because we don't take crushes seriously.. but hmm maybe she wouldn't care?
