Presuming you mean AD, look at Constantinople, I think Hagia Sophia is older than that, Jerusalem, Ephesus, Rome and Damascus (Antioch is a section of Damascus now). The oldest Church, according to Epiphanus that is recorded is in Jerusalem. He mentions it because when the Romans leveled Jerusalem they purposefully left it standing. My guess is that it was an insult to the Jewish population. It was standing in the year 130 and I believe is standing today, although now built over. Alot of church building took place once Christianity was decriminalized by Constantine and when it became the state religion about 120 years later alot more took place.
You really need to go to an academic library though. You can of course look up the churches of Jerusalem, etc, but you will need to realize that many have been built and rebuilt over and over again.
