its easy for most people say.."dont worried plane is not gonna crash"...or ... planes are more safety than cars...oh yes!....ask to pasangers at united 93..or at alaska 201.. or twa 300......you cant...cause all then are death...thats reason why...we cant judge people who is afraid of flying...dont care about movie, ipod...even girlfriend or boyfriend who could....fly scare..is a true...and even I fly frecuently...I should suggest some medical or psycologic assistance......dont worried....they will help..mopre that an Ipod

Flying is nothing to worry about. I fly about 6 times a year and they are 11 hours long. Flying is the safest form of travel. You'd be more likely to get into a car crash when driving to the airport.

Try your best to relax, check out the other passengers. i bet alot of them are just as nervous as you are. i personally sometimes don't like flying but to get where i need to go i have to. If i see someone that looks nervous sitting beside me i'll just have that "i could care less" look. bring a ipod and put you favorite songs on and watch the clouds go by. think of the destination!!!

There's nothing to worry about. Try to bring your favorite book, watch the movie or even an ipod or cd player maybe sleep while flying...
