My bangs grow so fast, I don't have that problem. If you want them to look longer you can straighten them until they grow out a little bit. Mine will be long in about a week, you can barely trim them and that makes them grow faster.

There is nothing you can do but wait.
If they are really bothering you, pin them out of your face with a cute hair clip until they are the legnth you want.
