Okay, I've been racking my brain trying to think of something to send my boyfriend for Valentines day,(He's in Iraq). And this is what I thought up. I've been taking belly dancing for 3 years, I'm not the best but I'm fair at it. I thought I'd have one of my friends video tape me dancing & send it to him for Valentines. I'd come up with a dance just for him, set it to some of his favorite songs, but I just don't know. I'm really shy about my dancing & I think it might be kind of an odd gift. Plus he doesn't even know that I do this kind of dancing (because like I said I'm shy about it.) However would you like that as a present if you were away from your girlfriend?

He has a labtop to view it on! I send him movies all the time so I know he'll be albe to watch it just fine!

your boyfriend would love it.The only problem with that is how is he going to view it.I was stationed in saudi and we did not have vcr or personal computer to view such things.

Yes he would like it. Even though I am a girl I will tell you that he would like it, it would let him see what he has to look forward to when he comes home... If you are shy bout it, I would just ask to borrow your friends video recorder and set it up on a tripod then you can do your dance on your on. And let him know that it is just for him and that when he gets home you will dance for him in person

I think that will be a great idea! He'll love the time you put in, and you'll probably get him pretty hot. Just make sure you send him an intimate message on camera too, not just you dancing. Good idea!

look. this is how he sees it.... hes your boyfriend so he must know that your at least a little shy and all of the sudden he gets this package and not only did you spend the time and effort to pick out his favorite songs and get it just to him , but you also overcame your shyness.. just for him and the thing is it wont be that much pressure on you.. youll create the video, alone at home and once its sent its sent
he will love it and hes lucky to have a gal like you :)

ya its sweet but it would be alot more special in person. as his hello your back gift. valentines day well you should maybe make a video of you pouring out your heart to him. but you know the dance sounds sweet. just more meaningful in person.
